MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER
Sweet Note Baked Goods is a Chicago-based boutique bakery that strikes the perfect harmony between the nostalgic treats of your childhood and the trendy flavors you crave as an adult.
Some people discover their passion after years of following the traditional path. And some know exactly what they were meant to do from a young age. Sweet Note Baked Goods founder, Chella, falls into the second category. Chella’s love of all things sweet started as she watched shows like Cake Boss and Cupcake Wars as a child and morphed into a passion for baking when she turned 16. Like many, Chella spent 2020 perfecting her homemade bread but soon branched into cinnamon rolls, cakes, cookies, and blueberry and caramel sauces. After sharing with friends and family, they convinced Chella that her products were too good to keep to herself, and Sweet Note Baked Goods was born.

At our boutique bakery, we specialize in creating small batches of baked goods that are made with care and attention to detail. By making our products in smaller quantities, we are able to ensure the freshness and quality of each and every item we sell. We take the time to carefully mix, roll, and bake each batch of dough, resulting in a delicious and consistent product every time. We also have the flexibility to experiment with unique and creative flavors, offering a rotating selection of seasonal and limited-edition items. Our dedication to quality and craftsmanship is evident in every bite of our baked goods.
